On this unusual project we designed, manufactured and installed the windows and doors to the sides and end of the new cliff lift bridge for one of the Isle of Wight's most popular resorts.
The larger windows had to be stringently designed to withstand the required barrier loadings of the external wind elements and to keep the public safe inside.
The smaller top windows were designed with opening vents operated by folding cam openers to allow air flow on hot days.The client specifically requested a blue tint glass which fits the project and location.
The majority of the installation was completed off-site at our works in Christchurch to avoid working at height, with only the glass left to be installed on location.
